We work directly with small-batch farmers across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — tracing every bean to its origin to ensure the highest standard of taste and sustainability.
Precision roasting profiles developed for each origin to unlock the full spectrum of flavour.
From Green to Gold
Our roastmaster spends weeks calibrating each new lot — adjusting temperature curves, airflow, and timing to coax out sweetness, acidity, and body unique to each farm. No two origins are roasted the same way.
Before any bag leaves our doors, every batch passes a cupping session scored against SCA standards. We only release what we'd be proud to drink ourselves.

Growing Responsibly
All our packaging is compostable or recyclable. We offset 100% of our shipping emissions through certified reforestation projects in Scandinavia and East Africa.
Every farm we partner with pays above fair-trade minimum, with direct premiums invested back into local infrastructure and education.
